The prime directive: never be blocked

I've just searched for the TDD prime directive, and found this great Uncle Bob powerpoint on trying to be Agile in difficult circumstances.

Ian said...: love that powerpoint. Not sure I agree with the idea that QA should test on any working machine if they can't get it working on their machine, but the developers relationship with a QA dept is probably good for another PP slides in itself.
